ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
The Committee Chair will invite public comment on items not the agenda.  Each speaker will ordinarily be limited to three minutes; however, the Brown Act (Open Meeting Law) does not allow action by the Committee on any item not on the agenda. If you wish to address the Committee, please complete a speaker card and give it to the District Clerk. Individuals are limited to one appearance during this section.

    2.    Presentation of Staff Facilities Opportunities and Constraints Analysis Report (R-15-151)

Staff Contact:  Aaron Hébert, Capital Project Manager and Tina Hugg, Senior Planner
General Manager’s Recommendation:  
1.    Receive the Staff Facilities Opportunities and Constraints Analysis Report describing the existing conditions of four main staff facilities and recommended actions.
2.    Provide input and confirm the short-term, medium-term, and long-term staff facilities recommendations and priority projects.
