The Board holds its regular meetings on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m., at the District administrative office: 330 Distel Circle, Los Altos, CA. Additional special public hearings and neighborhood meetings are held periodically on specific issues.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend these meetings, and to participate in the decision-making process. Citizen participation is an essential part of the planning process for the development and use of the District's open space preserves.

Minutes usually are not available until two to four weeks after a
Board meeting. Please note that formal meeting minutes are not taken at Committee meetings or some Special Meetings of the Board (that is, study sessions or public workshops). N/A indicates that no official minutes were taken for that meeting. Minutes are also not posted for closed session meetings in conformance with the California Brown Act.
