Join docents Debbi Brusco and Lynn Jackson, and District staff for an evening of winter listening and observation. You'll learn about area resource management on this special opportunity to see a closed section of this Preserve. After dinner you’ll quietly experience the night, listening for creatures that chorus most when they can’t be seen. Bring your meal, plastic to sit on, and flashlight with a red filter or cellophane covering. Binoculars, hiking stick, and camera are optional. (Note: Participants will walk or be driven to activity site depending on road conditions at the time; mileage (2-5) and elevation change (600-1,000 ft) will be determined based on conditions.) Reservations are required and will be accepted on or after February 11.
