All Midpen preserves are currently open. Check our Trail Conditions page for updates on trail closures.

Stay safe to keep emergency services available for fires

  • Consider safer alternatives to outdoor activities during extreme heat and fire danger.
  • Avoid heat-related illnesses. Fire department staff responding to medical emergencies are not available to respond to fire.
  • Do not overexert yourself or your pets and stay hydrated and sheltered from heat.
