The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (District) is pleased to invite qualified, licensed contractors to bid on the replacement of an existing culvert on an unpaved District road in Fremont Older Open Space Preserve.

Optional Pre-bid Field Tour
An optional pre-bid tour of the project site will take place on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending by noon. Meeting location is the District Gate FO03 adjacent to Regnart Road in the City of Cupertino (shown on the project location map). Roadside parking is extremely limited, and interested parties will be required to park on a 20% incline on an unimproved dirt road.

Bid Opening
Bids are due in the District’s administrative office no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2008. Bids will be publicly opened at that time.
