Teague Hill Preserve
Approximate Total Miles
4

Discover this mysterious preserve that doesn’t have a map! Don’t worry – you won’t get lost with Docent Naturalists Frances Reneau, Chris MacIntosh, and Nina Bell as your guides on this 24th hike in the “All Preserves” series to celebrate Midpen’s 50th Anniversary. You’ll explore Teague Hill's secret byways at a leisurely pace while hidden in the trees above Woodside. Access to the preserve, via the Skyline Trail through Huddart County Park, follows the line of PG&E towers. Recent vegetation management for fire clearance affords the opportunity to see crown-sprouting chaparral, and some views out toward the bay.
