ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
The Committee Chair will invite public comment on items not the agenda.  Each speaker will ordinarily be limited to three minutes; however, the Brown Act (Open Meeting Law) does not allow action by the Committee on any item not on the agenda. If you wish to address the Committee, please complete a speaker card and give it to the District Clerk. Individuals are limited to one appearance during this section.

2. Approve January 16, 2018 Legislative, Funding, And Public Affairs Committee Meeting Minutes

3. Legislative Briefing on Matters of Interest to Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (R-18-32)

Legislative Update: No Committee action required.
Legislation Tracking: Receive Legislative Tracking Report and provide feedback on bill selections for priority action.

4. Partnership Funding Agreements for the Deer Hollow Farm White Barn Renovation Project (R-18-31)

Acting General Manager’s Recommendation:  Review and confirm the proposed partnership funding agreements with the City of Mountain View and the Friends of Deer Hollow Farm to renovate the White Barn at Deer Hollow Farm.
