ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

1. Approve the revised May 20, 2025 and July 15, 2025 Legislative, Funding, And Public Affairs Committee Meeting Minutes
2. Draft 2026 Legislative Program (R-25-136)

General Manager’s Recommendations:
1. Review and provide input on the Draft 2026 Legislative Program, which outlines the proposed legislative priorities and policies for Calendar Year 2026.
2. Forward a recommendation to the Board of Directors for approval of the 2026 Legislative Program, with any changes as requested by the committee.
3. Midpen Signature Event (R-25-137)

General Manager’s Recommendation: Review and provide feedback on the concept and initial planning of a Public Signature Event to increase in-person outreach and deepen community connections.
