MEETING OF THE REAL PROPERTY COMMITTEE OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT

ADOPTION OF AGENDA

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
This portion of the agenda is for members of the public to comment on items not on the agenda; however, the Brown Act (Open Meeting Law) does not allow action by the Committee on items not on the agenda. Individuals are limited to one comment during this section.

COMMITTEE BUSINESS

1. Approve the October 18, 2022 Real Property Committee Minutes
2. Consideration of a new land purchase known as the Eberhard property in unincorporated San Mateo County (APNs 072-343-010, 072-343-020, 075-330-100, and a portion of 075-340-130).
     a) Staff presentation and recommendations
     b) Committee questions of staff
     c) Public comment
     d) Committee deliberation and vote on recommending Board approval of the property purchase for the proposed price of $3,290,180.
