3. Consideration of a new land purchase of the POST (Dyer Creek) Property, located in unincorporated Santa Clara County, the property is directly west of Bear Creek Road, Highway 17 and Lexington Reservoir.

d) Committee deliberation and vote on recommending to the full Board of Directors approval of the 72.59-acre property purchase (APNs: 544-29-010, 544-29-009, 544-28007, 544-29-011, 544-29-008, and 544-29-012) for the proposed price of $681,000.
