ROLL CALL

1.    Discussion and Approval of a Selection Process for the Measure AA Bond Oversight Committee (R-16-02)

General Manager’s Recommendation:  
1.    Discuss possible options for interviewing and selecting the members of the Measure AA Bond Oversight Committee
2.    Approve a procedure outlining the interview and appointment process for the Measure AA Bond Oversight Committee.

7:00    REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT

The Board President will invite public comment on items not the agenda.  Each speaker will ordinarily be limited to three minutes; however, the Brown Act (Open Meeting Law) does not allow action by the Board of Directors on items not on the agenda. If you wish to address the Board, please complete a speaker card and give it to the District Clerk. Individuals are limited to one appearance during this section.

3.    Joint Resolution Expressing Appreciation and Gratitude for “The Ladies of Grandview” (R-16-07)

General Manager’s Recommendation:  Adopt the joint resolution between Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District and the San Mateo County Resource Conservation District in commending “The Ladies of Grandview.” 

4.    Amend the District’s Classification and Compensation Plan to add the Legislative and External Affairs Specialist Classification  (R-16-03)

General Manager’s Recommendation:  Adopt a resolution adding the new classification of Legislative and External Affairs Specialist to the District’s Classification and Compensation Plan.

General Manager’s Recommendation:  Elect Officers of the Board of Directors for Calendar Year 2016.
