Aerobic Nature Hike

Tuesday, April 21, 2026
8:45 am - 11:45 am
Rancho San Antonio Preserve
Approximate Total Miles
6

Enjoy a vigorously-paced aerobic hike with over 500 feet of climbing with Docent Naturalists Linda Wegner, Nick Yatsko, and Jennifer Anthony. While following the High Meadow and Rogue Valley trails, among others, you’ll be on the lookout for wildlife and a diversity of spring flowers. Will winter’s rains bring a waterfall off the Rogue Trail, as they have in years past? Come out and see!

Where to Meet

Meet near the restroom at the bottom of the hill in the preserve parking lot farthest to the right. From I-280, take Foothill Boulevard south and turn right almost immediately onto Cristo Rey Drive. Continue about 1 mile, veer right around the traffic circle, and turn left into the park. After entering the preserve, turn right and drive approximately 0.3 miles to Lot 6
