Join Docent Naturalists Catherine Crawford-Swent, Bobbie Riedel, and Marie Faust Evitt for an entry-level, guided qigong lesson after a leisurely-paced hike. You’ll engage in this ancient exercise practice inspired by nature from a meadow along the San Andreas Fault Zone and overlooking the Santa Cruz Mountains. Qigong has the potential to invigorate your lifeforce, increase physical vitality, help reduce stress, and lead you on a path toward longevity. This is an out-and-back hike and will give you the opportunity to observe the trail from two perspectives.

Where to Meet

Meet at the Monte Bello Parking Area on Page Mill Road (across from Los Trancos Preserve), 7 miles west of I-280 or 1.5 miles east of Skyline Boulevard. Those traveling from I-280 on Page Mill Rd. should allow approximately 35 minutes travel time.
