Blooming wildflowers have a lot to say! Join Docent Naturalists Roberta and Jaime Cavazos and Annie Guo and on a leisurely-paced, family-oriented hike to start to learn their language: What are flowers telling us and who they are talking to? On your way along the Ridge, Bo Gimbal, and Ancient Oaks trails you’ll learn fun floral facts and the names of some of the flowers you’ll see. Bring a light snack to enjoy during a brief trailside break.

Where to Meet

Meet at the Russian Ridge Parking Area on the northwest corner of the Skyline Boulevard (Highway 35) and Page Mill/Alpine Road intersection (across Skyline Blvd. on the right). Those traveling from I-280 on Page Mill Rd. should allow approximately 40 minutes travel time.
