Join docent naturalists Mary Brunkhorst, Laura Levin, Dennis Smith, and Kate Gudmundson for a leisurely hike as we look for signs that winter is around the corner. You'll pass through mixed forest and grasslands as you hike parts of the Betsy Crowder, Meadow, and Hamms Gulch Trails. You'll stop for lunch just past Corte Madera Creek and then head back along the Spring Ridge Trail to explore the area around Sausal Pond. Reservations are required and will be accepted on or after November 24 and close December 7 at 2:00 p.m.

Where to Meet

The Lower Windy Hill Parking Area at the lower portion of the preserve is located on Portola Road. Please note: This parking lot fills quickly. Please do not park on Portola Road: parking is strictly enforced.
