Join Docent Naturalists Nancy Weintraub, Emma Dohner, and Jumana Latif for a moderately-paced, gradual ascent of the Mt Umunhum summit (approximately 1,200 feet) on the partially shaded Mt. Umunhum Trail. Along the way you'll enjoy unparalleled views from this section of the Bay Area Ridge Trail, as well as from the peak if it’s a clear day. You’ll learn the highlights of the natural and human histories of this iconic mountain and enjoy your well-deserved snack or lunch at the top before you descend back to the parking area.
