Join Docent Naturalists Fran Keeler, Lindsay Joye, and Mary Brunkhorst for a moderately-paced, exercise-focused hike on trails with beautiful scenery, including a display of spring wildflowers. This hike will have an elevation gain of approximately 800 feet.
Scenic Aerobic hikes are offered at different preserves every second Wednesday. The route of each hike will be determined by the docents based on current trail and weather conditions.
Meet at the Mindego Gateway Parking Area on Alpine Road. From I-280, exit Page Mill Road and head west. Drive about 9 miles to the junction with Skyline Boulevard, cross over Skyline Blvd. and on to Alpine Road. Continue on Alpine Rd. for 1.5 miles. Parking area is on the right. Allow 45 minutes travel time from I-280.
