Join Docent Naturalists Liz F. and Mike Lohr to explore signs of the fall season. You’ll observe trees with fruit, native California shrubs, and dusky-footed woodrat nests. Your route will include the Blue Oak and Dick Bishop trails and then ascend the Dusky-footed Woodrat Trail. Please be prepared for an elevation gain of about 400 feet on this moderately-paced outing with some uneven terrain. No dogs please.

Where to Meet

Meet at the Pulgas Ridge Parking Area on Edmonds Rd. From I-280, exit Edgewood Road.  Drive 0.75 miles on Edgewood Rd. toward San Carlos/Redwood City. Turn left (north) on Crestview Drive, then immediately turn left on Edmonds Road. Follow Edmonds Rd. to the preserve parking lot entrance on the right.
