9:30 am - 1:30 pm
Fremont Older Preserve
Approximate Total Miles
5.6

Trail Treks, scheduled on the fourth Thursday, provide exercise-focused hikes and opportunities to discover Midpen's beautiful preserves.

Join Docent Naturalists Bobbie Riedel, Nick Yatsko, and Catherine Crawford-Swent for a moderately-paced trek through grassy hills and swaths of trees engulfing the trail. This hike offers several climbs on numerous trails, including the Cora Older, Seven Springs, and Hayfield trails. You'll reach rewarding vantage points and sweeping views of the entire South Bay. Bring a snack for a short break.
