Trail Treks, scheduled on the fourth Thursday, provide exercise-focused hikes and opportunities to discover Midpen's beautiful preserves.
Visit the redwoods with Docent Naturalists Nick Yatsko, Nancy Weintraub, and Bobbie Riedel for a moderately-paced hike with a 1,200-foot elevation gain. You’ll enjoy a spring hike that is out-and-back on the North Ridge and Chris MacIntosh trails.

Where to Meet

Meet at the North Ridge Parking Area on Skyline Boulevard.  This entrance is next to the now closed Kings Mountain Country Store.  The parking lot is 4.5 miles south of Highway 92, and 8.1 miles north of Highway 84.

To ensure your experience on a docent naturalist outing is enjoyable please review these activity guidelines.
