Come along for a fun, family-friendly walk along the Zinfandel Trail with Docent Naturalists Roberta and Jaime Cavazos, Nick Yatsko, and Catherine Crawford-Swent. You'll explore the edges of a small pond to discover who lives in these waters during the winter season. Bring a light snack to enjoy during a brief stop in the oak forest.

Where to Meet

Meet at the preserve parking lot on Montebello Road. From the intersection of I-280 and Foothill Expressway, go 3.5 miles southwest (toward the mountains) on Foothill Boulevard/Stevens Canyon Road.  Turn right on Montebello Rd.  The preserve is 0.5 miles up Montebello Rd. on the left.
