Engage in an ancient exercise practice inspired by nature with Docent Naturalists Catherine Crawford-Swent, Ann McCarty, and Bobbie Riedel. After a leisurely-paced hike along the Betsy Crowder and Spring Ridge trails, you’ll have the opportunity for an entry level, guided qigong lesson in a meadow by Sausal Creek. You’ll explore the water element and the influence of water on human health as you experience firsthand the potential of qigong to invigorate your lifeforce, increase physical vitality, help reduce stress, and lead you on a path toward longevity.
