Attend a one-hour training, where you will learn how to sample symptomatic leaves of bay trees, record a few important details, and submit the samples for testing.
The annual SOD Blitz events are one of the largest citizen science projects in the country. No experience is necessary before the training, just the enthusiasm to hike and ability to recognize California bay trees.
