Automatic External Defibrillators are now on all of Midpen’s emergency response vehicles, thanks to a partial grant from Palo Alto-based nonprofit Racing Hearts, which helps local agencies and organizations purchase this life-saving equipment. District rangers respond to over 150 medical calls and accidents a year.
