Notice of Amendments to Conflict of Interest Code

The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District has prepared amendments to its Conflict of Interest Code. This notice was posted to the District’s website on November 7, 2022, and commences the 45-day public comment period on the proposed amendments.

  • The proposed amendments are publicly available as part of the agenda for the November 9, 2022, regular meeting of the District’s Board of Directors. A description of the proposed amendments as well as copies thereof, are available as part of the agenda, which can be accessed at the following address: https://www.openspace.org/about-us/meetings/bod-20221109.
  • Written comments concerning the proposed amendments must be submitted to Deputy District Clerk, Maria Soria, msoria@openspace.org, 5050 El Camino Real, Los Altos, CA 94022. The District must receive written comments no later than December 22, 2022.
  • Any interested person may request a public hearing on the proposed amendments, which request must be in writing and received by the District no later than December 7, 2022.

Notice of Intent

In accordance with existing General Permit requirements, Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (MROSD) has completed a Notice of Intent (NOI) and prepared this Aquatic Pesticide Application Plan (APAP) for the use of aquatic herbicide to control non-native invasive species in mitigation plantings on levees adjacent to Cooley Marsh in the Ravenswood Open Space Preserve.

Parking Citations - Proof of Indigence

In compliance AB 503 and AB 2544, Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District has adopted standards for the types of documentation are required to prove an individual is “indigent” for the purposes of payment of parking citations. Requirements for Proof of Indigence

Surplus Property

On an as needed, on-going basis, Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District will be disposing of surplus personal property by public auction, eBay, sealed bid, or other appropriate method of disposal. More information can be found at www.govdeals.com.
