1. Approve Legislative, Funding, & Public Affairs Committee Meeting Minutes:
November 8, 2016
 
2. New Board Policy Titled Housing Policy (R-16-152)
 
Staff Contact: Elaina Cuzick, Senior Property Management Specialist
General Manager’s Recommendation:  Review and discuss the new draft Board Housing Policy which is intended to supersede the Board’s 1982 Employee Residence Policies, and recommend approval to the Board of Directors with any amendments requested by the Committee.
 
3. Revision of Board Policy 4.02, Improvements on District Lands and Board Policy 4.09, Factors to Consider for Structures Disposition (R-16-153)

General Manager’s Recommendation: Review and discuss the draft amendments to the policies and recommend approval to the Board of Directors, with any amendments requested by the Committee.
