 ORAL COMMUNICATIONS  
The Board President will invite public comment on items not on the agenda. Each speaker will ordinarily be limited to three minutes; however, the Brown Act (Open Meeting Law) does not allow action by the Board of Directors on items not on the agenda. If you wish to address the Board, please complete a speaker card and give it to the District Clerk. Individuals are limited to one appearance during this section.

 1. Annual Review of the Strategic Plan Goals and Objectives to Guide the Focus for Fiscal Year 2017-18 (R-17-12)
Staff Contact: Ana Ruiz, Assistant General Manager and Kevin Woodhouse, Assistant General Manager
General Manager’s Recommendation: Adopt the proposed changes to the Strategic Plan to best position the District to meet new challenges and opportunities as the District executes its mission in the coming fiscal year.
 
 2. Update on the Capital Improvement Program and Capital Program Management Process and Program

General Manager’s Recommendation: Receive a presentation providing an update on the current status of the Capital Improvement Program and Capital Program Management Process and Program
